All delivery timelines are estimated working days and may be affected by public holidays or unforeseen courier delays. We'll always keep you updated.

If you have a specific delivery request or need assistance tracking your order, don't hesitate to reach out via WhatsApp — we respond quickly.

  • Same-day delivery is available for select Cape Town locations. We can arrange Uber bike or work with your preferred local courier.
  • Standard nationwide delivery takes 2–3 working days. Overnight shipping is available upon request if you need your order urgently.
  • Standard delivery fee is R120. Overnight delivery is R200. These fees go directly to our courier partners — we do not retain them.
  • Free delivery on orders over R2,000 — automatically applied at checkout, no code required.
  • Delivery timelines are estimated working days and exclude public holidays. We'll notify you of any unexpected delays.
  • Once an order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared with you via WhatsApp so you can follow your parcel's journey.
  • Please note: We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage once parcels are handed over to third-party couriers. We are only liable for deliveries completed by our personal drivers.
