Please review our exchange conditions carefully before making a purchase.

Important: No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Where an exchange is approved, only store credit may be issued. Please read all conditions carefully before purchasing.

Exchange Conditions

When we accept
an exchange.

We Accept
Valid Exchange Reasons
  • We sent out the wrong item — incorrect product dispatched.
  • We sent out the wrong size — different from what was ordered.
  • The item doesn't fit correctly — must be proven with a short video.
  • The item arrived damaged (e.g. broken zip, torn seam, manufacturing defect) — must be proven with an unboxing video.
Not Accepted
We Cannot Exchange If…
  • You simply changed your mind about the item.
  • The item has been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
  • The item has any fragrance or smell from perfume or body spray.
  • You did not record an unboxing video at the time of opening the parcel.
  • More than 24 hours have passed since you received the order.
Sale Items — Final Sale

Items purchased on sale cannot be exchanged. All discounted and sale items are strictly final sale with no exceptions.

One Exchange Per Order

Only one exchange is allowed per order. Items received through an exchange cannot be exchanged again under any circumstances.

Intimate Wear — No Exchange

Lingerie, bodysuits, underwear and similar items cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons, regardless of the circumstances.

The Unboxing Video Requirement

This is our most important exchange condition. You must record a video while opening your parcel — not afterwards. This video is your proof of the item's condition upon arrival and is required for any exchange request to be considered.

  • Record the video immediately upon receiving your parcel — before opening it.
  • The video must show the sealed parcel being opened and the item being revealed.
  • If the item doesn't fit, a separate short video of the fit issue is also required.
  • No video = no exchange. We are unable to process any claim without this proof.

Unbox & Record

Record a video while opening your parcel. This documents the item's condition on arrival.

Document Issues

If there's damage or a fit issue, capture clear video and photo evidence immediately.

Contact Us

WhatsApp us within 24 hours of receiving your order with your evidence. We'll respond promptly.

Return Item

Once approved, repackage the item in its original condition and return it within 24 hours. Return delivery costs are yours.

Full Exchange Conditions

An unboxing video must be recorded immediately upon receiving your parcel — not days later. This is mandatory for any exchange request.

If the item doesn't fit, a short video of the fit issue must also be provided alongside the unboxing video.

Items must be in the exact same condition as when they were sent out — unworn, unaltered, and with original tags intact.

Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receipt, and items must be sent back within 24 hours of approval.

No fragrance or smell on the item. Items returned with any trace of perfume, body spray or other scents will not be accepted.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged. Only one exchange is allowed per order — exchanged items cannot be exchanged again.

Intimate wear including lingerie, bodysuits, and underwear cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons, regardless of circumstances.

Return delivery charges are the customer's responsibility. We do not cover the cost of sending items back to us.
