Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, the product you receive will be exactly as shown in the pictures. However, colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings or lighting.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

1. From the “My Account” Page

Customers can log into their account and download their receipt from their order history.

  • Go to My AccountOrders

  • Click on the Order Number

  • View the details and click Download Invoice (if enabled)

How can I return an item?

We only accept returns if the item is faulty due to an error on our end. If the issue is not caused by us, we do not offer returns or refunds.

Return Conditions:

Eligible for Return:

  • If you received the wrong item

  • If the item is damaged or defective upon arrival

🚫 Not Eligible for Return:

  • Change of mind or incorrect selection

  • Accidental damage after receiving the item

  • Minor imperfections that do not affect functionality

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
