Our Exchange Conditions
At Snow's Boutique, we take great pride in the quality of our products and want to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase.
To maintain our high standards and provide fair service to all customers, our exchanges are subject to the specific conditions detailed here.
Please note that by making a purchase from our boutique, you agree to these exchange terms.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
- We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final.
- We only accept exchanges in a situation where we send out the wrong item, the wrong size or the item doesn't fit or when an item is damaged.
- A video proof of you unboxing the item must be provided upon receipt immediately not days after to show damage. We cannot exchange without an unboxing video.
- A video of the item not fitting right should also be provided.
- Items must be in the exact same condition it was sent out.
- Items must be returned or sent out within 24 hrs upon receipt by you. Without any smell of fragrance.
- We are not responsible for any delivery charges.
Exchange Process
Unbox & Inspect
Record a video while unboxing your item to document its condition upon arrival.
Document Issues
If you discover any damage or fit issues, document them clearly with videos/photos.
Contact Us
Get in touch with our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Return Item
Once approved, carefully package and return the item in its original condition.
