By accessing our website or placing an order with Snows Boutique, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Snows Boutique website (snowsboutique.co.za) and any purchases made through it. They form a legally binding agreement between you ("the customer") and Snows Boutique ("we", "us", "our"), owned and operated by Mrs Snow, a South African fashion boutique.

By browsing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

These terms should be read alongside our Shipping Policy, Refund & Exchange Policy, and Privacy Policy, all of which form part of your agreement with us.

Using Our Website

Our website is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may browse, shop and manage your account, but you agree not to misuse the site in any way.

  • You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or its underlying systems.
  • You must not use the site to transmit harmful, offensive or fraudulent content.
  • You must not copy, reproduce or redistribute any content from this website without our written permission.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the website at any time if we believe you are in breach of these terms.

Placing an Order

When you place an order with Snows Boutique, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items at the stated price. An order is only confirmed once we have received and verified your payment.

  • Availability must be confirmed before payment. Even if you have our banking details, please do not make payment without first confirming that the item is still in stock.
  • If banking details were shared and payment is not made within 30 minutes, you must reconfirm availability before making the payment, as items can sell out quickly.
  • We reserve the right to cancel an order if the item is no longer available after payment is made. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that we suspect is fraudulent or in violation of these terms.

Important: Only payment to our Snows Collection bank account confirms your order. Do not make payment to any other account. We will never ask you to pay via third parties or unofficial channels.

Payment Terms

We accept bank transfers to our official Snows Collection account. Other payment options may be available upon request. All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR).

Order Confirmation
Your order is only confirmed once payment has been received and verified by us. Do not assume an order is confirmed before this.
30-Minute Window
Payment should be made within 30 minutes of receiving banking details. After this, availability must be reconfirmed before payment.
Currency
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). We do not accept foreign currency payments.

Pricing & Availability

All prices displayed on our website are in South African Rand and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Snows Boutique reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of confirmed order will apply.
  • Stock availability is not guaranteed. Items displayed on our website may be sold out. Always confirm availability before payment.
  • In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, even after payment has been made.
  • Promotional pricing and discounts are valid for the specified period only and may be withdrawn at any time.

Delivery

Delivery is handled by our trusted courier partners. All delivery terms, timelines, costs and conditions are detailed in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

  • Snows Boutique is not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery. Once your order has been delivered to the address provided, responsibility passes to you.
  • It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address. We cannot be held liable for non-delivery due to incorrect address information.

Exchanges & Refunds

Our exchange and refund conditions are governed by our Refund & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By purchasing from us, you agree to those terms in full.

  • No refunds are offered under any circumstances. All sales are final.
  • Exchanges are only considered in specific circumstances — wrong item, wrong size, item doesn't fit (with video proof), or damaged item (with unboxing video).
  • An unboxing video recorded immediately upon receipt is mandatory for any exchange claim involving damage.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Snows Boutique website — including but not limited to product images, logos, copy, design, graphics and branding — is the intellectual property of Snows Boutique and is protected by South African and international copyright law.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our express written consent.
  • Product images may not be reused on other platforms, resale sites or social media without permission.
  • The Snows Boutique name, logo and brand are trademarks and may not be used without our authorisation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Snows Boutique shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or purchase of our products.

  • We are not liable for loss or damage caused by courier services once your order has been dispatched.
  • We are not liable for any technical errors, downtime or service interruptions on our website.
  • Our total liability to you in respect of any order shall not exceed the value of that order.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under South African consumer protection law.

Your Conduct

We expect all customers to engage with us and our team respectfully and in good faith. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who acts in an abusive, dishonest or fraudulent manner.

  • Any attempt to commit fraud — including false exchange claims, payment disputes without basis, or identity misrepresentation — will result in immediate cancellation of your account and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes raised without valid reason, in violation of our policies, will be contested and may result in legal action.
  • We reserve the right to blacklist customers who repeatedly abuse our policies or engage in dishonest conduct.

Your use of our website and personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

We are committed to complying with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa and treating your data with care and respect. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand exactly how your information is collected, used and protected.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues informally before pursuing legal action.

  • Relevant legislation includes the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA), and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
  • Nothing in these terms seeks to limit rights afforded to you under applicable South African consumer law.

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
